N° 47: Coconutty Granola Muffins

Good morning and happy spring,

For the first time, I’ve tapped six sugar maple trees and have been collecting sap and boiling it down to syrup this week. My syrup is much lighter in color than what I’m used to; if you know anything about maple syrup, I’d love an explanation! (Like I said, this is my first time; I am no expert.)
